The Fahlke MHAZ® protects you pipeline against overpressure and underpressure or line breaks, also without power.
HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORK?
The Fahlke hand pump is used to build up pressure in the pressure accumulator. It allows you to actuate your actuator automatically up to three times and to monitor the line by means of an integrated pressure pilot, and to automatically move to a safe position, if necessary. This eliminates the need for on-site power supply.
Alternatively, you can use the Fahlke MHAZ®-SR, which uses spring force to move your valve into the default safe position defined by you.
In addition, solenoid valves can be integrated in the control unit for automation and remote control of your actuator. Manual on-site operation is likewise possible.
The system is constructed using time-proven Fahlke modular technology (MCE), for a leak-proof system with maximum compactness, user friendliness and operational capability. The individually configurable Fahlke MHAZ® control units enable configuration of the perfect safety device.
You have the choice between numerous components for integration, such as solenoid valves, pressure pilots, line break detection systems for all standard or safety processes of your actuators, or for high- and low-pressure protection systems; differential pressure controls can also be integrated.
