SSd / HIPPS Controls

Fahlke intrinsically safe controls, available as high- or low-pressure controls in accordance with DIN EN 14382, are equipped with at least one pressure pilot for pipeline protection and can additionally be equipped with solenoid valves for simple open/close operation.

The controls are constructed using leak-proof MCE modular technology to allow adaptation to your particular requirements. The gas withdrawn from the pipeline is used as the control medium. This is achieved by means of fully welded cylinders up to 200 bar without pressure reduction.

All control components are mounted in a lockable stainless steel cabinet. In combination with our Fahlke actuators, actuation of all standard valves up to 1,000,000 Nm is possible.
