OPEN POSITIONS

Your Tasks:

Coding and booking of ongoing business transactions (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
Booking and checking of credit card statements, petty cash expenses, and travel expense reports
Cost accounting (controlling) and handling of payment transactions
Cash and bank bookkeeping
Point of contact for payroll tax, labor, and social security matters
Monthly payroll and salary processing
Management of employee files, master data, and handling of certification processes

Your Profile:

Relevant commercial training and at least two years of professional experience in accounting
Good knowledge of handling DATEV and MS Office, especially MS Excel
Friendly, open personality with a sense of humor and enthusiasm for a new task
Analytical, structured, independent, and reliable work ethic
Quick comprehension, discretion, and willingness to contribute
Fluent in German, both spoken and written, with good knowledge of English being advantageous

Your Profile:

Good manual skills are a good basis
No training is necessary
You are skilled in speaking German
You are reliable and responsible
A Class 3/C1 driver’s license and a forklift license would be desirable

Your Profile:

You have a degree (with a focus on engineering or business administration) or alternatively professional experience in sales
High technical affinity
You have negotiating experience with the corresponding
assertiveness, combined with a technical and economic way of thinking and working
You are proficient in MS Office
You are creative, reliable, good communicator, team player and responsible
Business fluent in German and English (level B2)

Your Profile:

Successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
Driver’s license of class 3 or B
Independent and customer-oriented way of working
Skilled in manual work and enjoyment of repair tasks
Willingness to travel within Germany

Completed training (e.g., as a warehouse logistics specialist) or relevant professional experience
Industrial truck license (forklift license) desirable
Confident use of common computer programs
