Our objective: We wish to remain the best.

We prepare our QA policies in line with DIN EN ISO 9001.

Our quality management system has been certified by the TÜV CERT of the TÜV Anlagentechnik GmbH and complies with the DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management system standard.

It is our objective to provide our customers with products and services which are in complete compliance with all regulations and requirements.

Our products are in compliance with European and international Standards, API, ASME, BS, DGRL, DIN, DVGW, DMT, KDB, PTB, CER (essential extract).

One of the underlying rules governing Fahlke quality management is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. From development through to customer service, all our activities are directed towards meeting our customers’ requirements. These quality requirements apply to every division within our company. In turn this means that each employee is responsible for his own quality. Management feels it is its duty to promote the responsibility and quality awareness of its employees, to organize all processes and activities related to quality and to monitor the performance of the quality management system.

Quality and quality assurance are essential components of our operational policies. In order to implement uniform quality in all departments within our company we implemented a quality assurance system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 which is subject to continuous improvements. It is the task of the quality assurance manager to ensure that all requirements set forth in the QA manual are met. He regularly reports to management concerning the degree to which the quality system is being complied with and its performance ability.

We are continually working to improve our efficiency and our ability to go beyond ever increasing demands. In this way we seek to comply with our customers expectations in every division within our company.

It is our objective to be the best and most innovative supplier in our field.
